The Simpson Strong-Tie® RCKW Kneewall Connector is a rigid structural bracket engineered to resist overturning moments at the base of exterior kneewalls, parapets, and interior partial-height walls. It is also ideal for overhead ribbon window conditions, where lateral stability is critical.

Designed with flexibility and strength in mind, the RCKW offers a robust connection system with optional stiffening components for applications demanding enhanced rigidity.

• Dual Anchorage Patterns
  Includes large and small anchorage holes, enabling versatile installation into both hot rolled steel and concrete substrates.

• Modular Two-Part System
  Available as a 1 or 2-part connector, depending on rigidity requirements.

• Optional Reinforcement
  The RCKWS stiffener, sold separately, nests seamlessly into the RCKW clip for increased strength. Anchor and screw holes align, eliminating the need for pre-drilling.

• Enhanced Overturning Resistance
  Stiffened flanges on anchorage legs maximise moment resistance and improve load-bearing performance.
