- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom or special order items.
- Items marked as clearance or final sale.
- Damaged items due to misuse or mishandling.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the proof of purchase and any relevant documentation.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a company error (e.g., wrong or defective item), JAY&EE Construction will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved:
- A refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-8 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) from the original order are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item:
