Simpson Strong-Tie DRIFT CLIP 3.5x5.5x4 12GA 25PAK W/SCREWS-9907

The IDCB drift-clip connector is used to secure bypass stud framing to the edge of a slab. The connector will accommodate 25mm of lateral drift in each direction and 25mm of upward and downward vertical deflection.

Tested load values are provided for anchorage to a steel edge angle using Ø5.5 x 32 Strong-Drive® XL large-head metal screws.

1. XLQ114B1224 screw centred in each horizontal slot. Back out screw 1/2 turn after installation of clip. 2. XLSH78B1414 centred in each vertical slot.
